From new repair order creation to repair order close and invoicing, VIBE allows your service personnel to manage the entire service event with ease. ServicePoint enables you to easily monitor repair orders and quickly communicate to customers the information in intuitive and easy to use views.
With Technician TimeClock, your service techs now have access to the information they need. Views such as; Prior Unit History, Parts Ordering from the service bay and enhanced repair order statuses like “Waiter” allow technicians to be more productive, improving their efficiency and the dealership’s bottom line.

PARTS:
The VIBE parts module is unique in the Heavy Duty Truck market. It’s flexible costing supports Average Cost, Standard Cost, LIFO or FIFO. It allows valuation at one setting and costing at another. It’s your decision how you run your dealership. Purchase Order receipting posts directly to Inventory so there is no more double receipting. Using VIBE’s Consignment module means there is no need have an open pick ticket to track consignments and updating the consigned part’s pricing is just like normal parts inventory.
Core Management is critical to your business and is often described as “an opportunity to lose money”. VIBE’s Core Management Module allows you to manage cores easily. Cores can be aged by Customer or by OEM. Seamless integration with the RMA, Accounts Receivables and Parts Inventory modules ensures that all transactions are managed easily throughout the process.

VIBE provides the Industry’s only CRM, SalesPoint, built and designed exclusively for the Heavy Duty Truck marketplace. Not only is it a CRM, it also encompasses Truck and Trailer Inventory Management and Quoting, and is fully integrated to the Finance and Insurance Approval Process.
Your entire dealership can utilize the benefits of SalesPoint, and we’ll import your existing contacts and inventory into SalesPoint to make the installation seamless for your staff. SalesPoint is completely web based, so your sales team has access to deals, quotes and credit approval from home, office or customer location.

TECHNOLOGY:
VIBE was designed and developed utilizing the latest MinePoint Technology Solution platform. The underlying database is Microsoft’s SQL Server 2012. The user interface is developed in Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 and VIBE is the only web based DMS currently on the marketplace.
SUPPORT:
We recognize that even the best technologies and systems are ineffective if employees aren’t using them. Making a DMS change is certainly a time to plan properly to be fully prepared. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition that follows a thorough, clear and predictable course.
GAP ANALYSIS:
Each DMS transition starts with an analysis of your current DMS and VIBE. Our transition team meets with your key employees. This ensures that any differences are addressed during training and how these processes are enhanced or improved with VIBE.
TRAINING:
Prior to your ‘go live’ date, our dedicated training staff will conduct focused, customizable online training sessions with your staff. The training ranges from high level overviews to detailed discussions of daily operations.
Additionally, we maintain and continually update our online video library which includes over 150 videos detailing all aspects of VIBE. The videos are generally less than 3 minutes in length and allow your users to do self-paced, focused learning at times outside of the training sessions.
Finally, our test environment gives users the opportunity to work with the software in a simulated environment to help identify areas that need further training.
ONSITE MENTORING:
Go-live can be a stressful time. That’s why our training and support staff will be working shoulder to shoulder with your team. Our expert mentors will be there to ensure the end users are confident in their knowledge of the software allowing for a smooth transition.
