Emailing Customers

ServicePoint’s communication form allows for an easy to use email form to expedite communication with your customers. Just like sending an email from your desktop, ServicePoint allows for easy communication and stores all emails within the Repair Order for future needs. Texting Customers

In today’s society, text messages have become a favored form of communication. ServicePoint allows for texting within every Repair Order. Sending Attachments

Do you need to often send a picture to your customers? How about estimates? ServicePoint allows for the use of attachments just like your current email system. For more information, click on the video to see more.

Alerting

Combined with ServicePoint’s email functionality, your staff will be alerted on the Shop Pad when any reply to emails come into ServicePoint from your customers. The Alerts icon at the top of the page changes color and indicates the number of incoming messages.
