SharePoint and SQL Administrator

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint and SQL Administrator who will be responsible for managing project engagements as well as providing support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 environments. In addition to the SharePoint environments, the candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and supporting SQL environments from single server implementations to Always-On Availability groups. This exciting and challenging position will also assist with project management, task assignment, and serve as an escalation resource for less experienced team members.

A breakdown of the core job duties:

• Administration of SharePoint environments and day-to-day operational support for DP Solutions customers.
• Designing and implementing SharePoint site structures including site creation, management and administration and list/library creation, management, and administration
• Designing and implementing SharePoint Workflows
• Performing administration of SharePoint Security
• Traveling to customer sites as needed to provide scheduled SharePoint/SQL maintenance, addressing outstanding concerns, and aiding with project implementations and consulting when appropriate
• Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support clients’ environments
• Serving as an escalation point for support and guidance to other team members
• Generating project plans and performing task assignments
• Communicating status of work assignments to external clients and internal staff members
